Hey everyone 👋

I’m Marc from France. I’m a remote science teacher and I’ll be in Gran Canaria starting March 26 for about a month.

I usually play tennis almost every day (UTR ~4.5 / French ranking 15/2) and I’m mainly looking for clay courts (easier on my back). Ideally I like to play 2 hours in the morning before 2pm.

I’ve seen some options in Las Palmas (Pelotista / Las Canteras) and also in the south around Maspalomas / Conde Jackson, but I’m not sure which area is best to find regular partners.

Also happy to play beach tennis, padel or table tennis, or just meet people for snorkelling, hiking, exploring the island or grabbing a coffee.

If anyone has advice on the best area to stay or clubs where it’s easy to meet players, I’d really appreciate it.
